| Physical Description | Mysaria has a lean, composed frame and sun-warmed olive skin. Her dark hair is slicked straight back, damp-looking even when dry, which leaves her face fully open. Her eyes are a pale, cool blue-grey under level brows, holding a steady, measuring gaze. She has high cheekbones and a full mouth that rarely gives anything away. A short vertical row of small studs runs along the bridge of her nose, and heavy silver hoops shaped as filigree crescents hang from her ears. Her tattoos are traditional Risan ceremonial work, extensive and deliberate. An intricate collar of lacework and petals spreads across her chest and shoulders, with smaller curling motifs and a clean geometric triangle at her sternum. Beneath her chin sits a single small glyph. |
Family
Personality & Traits
| General Overview | Mysaria is Risan, in her mid-thirties, and like many of her people she goes by a single name. She left Risa years ago, when the personal and the political tangled together. Her opinions never fit Risa's easy neutrality, and when something at the center of her family life fractured, the friction stopped being something she could live with. She was never exiled. If pressed, she calls it a decision she made while she still could. She has not gone back. Before the DCF existed, she was already off-world as a Starfleet civilian contractor on the administrative and logistics track. That work taught her exactly how institutions function and exactly where they lie to themselves. The DMZ was never the plan. It became the plan once she saw the work being done there and understood she could be useful. She now runs Delegate Ziveh Bex's office with precision and no wasted motion. Ziveh trusts her with the full picture. The complication is that Mysaria has her own views on what that picture means, and she says so. They work it out. Usually. |
